I have just updated Windows Media Player and now it only comes out of one speaker, I have got WMP 9

It may be a hardware fault coincidence, check the little jack plugs as I had that prob and it was a faulty jack ether socket or plug

try, tools, options, devices, select speakers, advanced, volume and speaker volume to make sure both settings are in operation.Regards

Yes it's the same, downloaded it again to see if it made any difference, strange thing is I played a cd in another program and it only comes out of the right speaker, media player comes out of the left!
