Mcafee virus scan

I have just run a scan on my pc and Mcafee reports that i have no infected files but i have one potentially unwanted program.
The details it gives are: c:\windows\system32\fngmhlib.dll and it says it is a generic pup a.
It also says that it can't be quarentined anybody got any idea what the hell it is?????????

Op sys XP service pack 2
ISP aol broadband

i think your quite safe to delete it but i surgest you do a system restore berfore hand just incase

Thanx for that yoda i had been to the mcafee website and found the page you suggested but i thought it was a bit vague but i will try removing it and see what happens.

Going from memory Koochy - go to start - programs - accecories - system tools - system restore.

I think that's correct! Go into this and I think it gives you the opportunity to create a system restore point!
