McAfee Refund Policy

I bought McAfee VirusScan Online one year ago but recently, changed to another virus scan software . I was informed by McAfee that they had automatically renewed my Annual Subscription and when I went to their website to cancel my subscription, I found their "Full Refund Policy" which states " If your request is within the first 30 days of purchase, we'll gladly provide you a full refund".
I have contacted them twice by e-mail in the past 7 days since receiving my "automatic renewel" and have heard absolutely nothing.
I have contacted my credit card company who are also going to try and recover my money but, I am dissapointed that such a reputable company can make it so difficult in cancelling subscriptions and also providing full refunds

Has anyone else had problems in trying to get a full refund from McAfee
