I know that this may sound like a stupid question. But how do I find out what m/b I have installed? There's no id on the board itself. I want to know coz I want to download a copy of the manual for it if I can. I'm on win me, 200 ish mem. I just need to know from the manual how much I can upgrade etc. And does anyone know if it's possible to download m/b manuals, thanks in advance.

If you know the system number of your computer, you can get a printout with all the info of whats inside from the makers website.
You can download motherboard manual when you have the info.

Thanks, but where do I find the system number? A mate built the comp a couple of years ago and i don't have any documents with it.

I assumed it was a shop bought system as these have serial and system numbers.
