I am trying to fiqure out how, when i open my programmes from the start button menu in windows xp,and my mouse hoovers over the (ALL PROGRAMMES) button,or indicator, that i can make a second tier or tower that shows all my programmes.

All the programmes are listed in one tower, which scrolls on for ever and ever.making it slightly hard to find certain progs.

any suggestions welcome.

Are you using Classic Mode?

Right click task bar, Properties, choose Classic Mode, click Custom and remove the tick from Use Personalized Menus.
