Making Save in Word prompt with Replace

It has happened again. Wife has spent hours amending a Word document from one pupil to the next and then clicking the Save button before remembering to use File, Save As. Short of removing the Save button from the toolbar and replacing it with Save As button, is there any way of making Save prompt with the Replace question or have I just answered my own question?
Cheers

Right click on empy space on the toolbar, click customise from the drop down menu, left click the 'save' button and drag it into the customise window.

Now you use 'File open', and 'save as'

As a second line of defense you can tick 'Always create backup copy' on the Save tab under Tools, Options. This will at least allow her to have a backup of the previously saved version.

I like the idea of the backup. Have removed Save and put on Save As.. Thanks
