To all the great folks in this Forum - too many to mention and probably not wanting a mention - I'd just like to thank you ALL for your amazing time, patience and help. My crashing has been sorted out. It was down to memory sticks which were the newer shielded type over heating. Possibly worth a note for the future.

Glad you finally got it sorted out.OH components are often hard to identify(specially RAM as I haven't yet found an app that can read its temperature)
