I have a Doramail e-mail account, which last year became part of Mail.com.
Since Dec 24th 2009, I have only been receiving approx 5% of expected emails & despite contacting them 5 times since Boxing day, I have yet to receive a response.
Is anyone else having such problems, or does anyone know what's going on?

The best answer is to change your email account.If they're not going to have the courtesy to reply to you, then kick them into touch. Try googling Incredimail.

could they be going into the Spam folder on the server?
