Mail server

I am trying to set up a second e-mail address on my existing broadband account. Working my way through the procedure with the Internet Connection Wizard I grind to a halt with the page titled E-mail Server Name. It says "My incoming server is a POP3 server". It then requires completion fo two boxes headed "Incoming server" and "Outgoing server". What exactly do they want here?
I have tried putting all sorts here such as "Wanadoo broadband" and "fsnet.co.uk" etc., but to no avail. The next page has the message "The specific POP3 server does not appear to be a valid server name".
My original account was dial-up with Freeserve and a few months ago I switched to Wanadoo broadband.
Help, please!
