Mail box message.

Does anyone have any idea where this comes form? Is it from Microsoft or Virgin?

If you think it's genuine you can always check with your ISP/email provider(s). G

It will be from your ISP, you need to delete messages left on the server, not on your computer.

i have a @virginmedia.com email address and at the bottom of the page when i log in it says you are using 0mb of your 7737mb.hope that helps.

How do I opt to NOT leave messages on the server once they are downloaded? I cannot see any options. I use Virgin.

The option not to leave messages on the server is set in your email client. To give specific help we need to know which email program you are using. e.g. Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows Live Mail, etc.

It could be your spam folder is full.

Log onto your Virgin Media account via the Virgin home page and check your spam folder. Unless you have selected from the settings spam to be deleted you will have to log on and manually delete these files from the spam folder.

No problems with the on line spam folder. I just need to stop leaving copies of downloaded messages on the server, and cannot see any options to do so, either on line or in Windows live mail.
