Mad Mouse

Does anyone know why my mouse would start acting erractically, by not doing what it is supposed to do, and will not move. It is a wireless mouse, and I have checked the batteries and cleaned the ball inside it.

Any suggestions?

Suggest careful positioning of the receiver for keyboard and mouse. You could also initiate a search for new devices within the software that came with your wirelwss system. This will make the system re initiate the mouse and keyboard.
Sometimes there is a little bitton on the underside of keyoard and mouse that will also do the same thing.

Hi, I too had (notice - had) a wireless mouse that started to act eratically for no apparent reason, even though it had given me good service for some time. I too had ensured good batt's and clean ball/rollers. I changed my mouse and have not had the problem since.
