Running Windows 7, IE8 and Office 2010 on an old PC upgraded from Windows XP.

Just recently (last 24 hours), when I click on an Internet link in Outlook Contacts it no longer opens the Web Page but I get a note saying.

"This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator"

I have tried a System Restore but I only appear to have the last couple of days and when run, it says that it is not working.

Running M$ Security, CCleaner, and Malwarebytes which are regularly upgraded and run.

You could try this Fix It from Microsoft.

Thanks, Why couldn't my search have found that.

What it did find was a Registry Edit, which didn't work.

I'm running Malwarebytes Full Scan at the present, so I shall apply it when all is done.

Many thanks Eddie
