I was downloading a large file and my system froze. When I rebooted it, my C drive was ther but my D and E drives had disappeared. They had 20GB on each. I have checked my BIOS and CMOS etc but it is not detecting them.
Any ideas?

Hi, a system Restore might fix the problem. Worth a try.

Cheers.

No luck. On restart, it says my PRI SLAVE is not detected

I looked at the links and discovered that it might be a connection problem. I took the casing off, unplugged the cables form the hard disk to the motherbopard and plugged them in again and the D and E drives were back - Thanks
