Lsass Security Service or Isass Optix.Pro virus ?!

Ever trying to improve the perfomance of my computer i decided to find what processes i had running in the background. Eventually (i have around 50 processes) i stumbled onto a programme called either lsass.exe (lower case L) or Isass.exe (capital I). However in the sans serif task manager you cannot tell what the first letter is. If is is a lower case L, then it is Microsoft's Local Security Authority Service, BUT if it is a capital I then it "is registered as the Optix.Pro virus which carries in it's payload, the ability to disable firewalls and local security protections, and a backdoor capability". Please help! How can i tell the difference between the two?!
