Low radiation monitors

Does any body know which monitors have the lowest radiation thanks in advance.

Modern monitors emit tiny levels of radiation - far lower than a mobile phone for instance. Monitor manufacturers pay a lot of attention to making products with very low emission levels, and although there will always be some radiation it isn't worth worrying about unduly.

A large monitor emits more than a small one, and a colour screen more than a monochrome. I don't have any statistics to hand about which makes are best in terms of levels I'm afraid.

I believe that a TFT or LCD monitor have no radiation output for peace of mind.
Thats not a fact but im not far from right.

Someone worked out that there is more dangerous radiation emitted by one of the granite pillars in Grand Central Station in New York than there is in a whole bank of CRT screens.

Just try and get even one of those pillars onto your desk top. I much prefer a monitor.
