Low Profile Graphics Card For Video Editing

I have a slimline tower (Philips LS2400) using Radeon X700SE (PC1 Express X 16)and have just bought Redgiants' Magic Bullet Editors 2 but when I add effects they take an age to play back and when rendering it took 8 hours for a ten minute video to complete. I have been told that I need a graphics card of the spec of Nvidia Quadro 4400/4500 (GPU)but that it is too large to fit into my tower, so I was wondering whether there is a graphics card of this spec that is a 'low profile' card that would do the job?
