Look for a copy in Windows\system32\dllcache, copy it to Windows\

You could try deleting and reinstalling your Power DVD software and see if that solves it. Or try system restore if its XP you have.

Its only the Power DVD Help File that I cannot get I have no problem with the Windows ME Help files ,your link seems to indicate recovering the Windows ME help files or am I reading it wrong.

Sorry, I was assuming you were using XP. HH.exe is needed for viewing certain help files, PowerDVD is obviously looking for it even if you don't access the help within the program. Get your original Windows ME
cd, locate the file WIN_16.CAB, open it with WinZip or Winrar or similar (click here) and extract hh.exe to your Windows folder.

Just to clarify; install the program, then find KeyHH.exe in your Windows folder, rename or copy it to HH.exe
