lost link to help and support

Hello everyone, A friend of mine with a computer running XP pro. sp2 has lost the link to "help and support". Any ideas as to how it can be restored would be most welcome. Any ideas as to how the prog. came to be lost would be appreciated. thanking everyone for any help.

Right click on a blank area of the task bar.

Click Properties, Customise, Advanced.

Scroll down and ensure that the 'Help and Support' option is selected. Click OK

Just read my post again. it should actually read:

jackcoms- She tried your suggestion- no luck. She runs Norton securities, and I seem to remember someone somewhere saying that Norton can sometimes block the help and support link. I will suggest she tries disabling Norton and see what happens. Many thanks for trying.
