Lost connection with wireless adaptor

I have started setting up a wireless network using a BT Voyager 2100 Router with a Dell laptop fitted with an Intel Pro Wireless LAN 2100 3A mini PCI Adaptor. It was working perfectly until, prompted by your security recommendations in the August issue, I hid the SSID and changed it from the one installed on the router by BT. I promptly lost contact with the laptop and can't work out how to change the SSID in the Intel adaptor to get back into contact.

Please help!

Suggest you set router back to factory defaults your router setup should tell you how to do that, it is usually a recessed button that you have to depress for a set time i.e. 10-15 seconds. Hope this helps.

Thanks for this Easyrider, it did the trick. I'll be more careful in future.
