Loss of web site details in browsers

Most web sites, particularly when they are a referred to site, appear blank in my browsers. EG when I try to download a program from BBC IPlayer, the first page shows fine but when In chose a program the nest page, the download page, is blank, apart from the borders which show correctly.

This is the same which ever browser I use. System restore does not help and I have downloaded all latest drivers, software and browsers.

Confused?

Maybe you need to allow pop ups in your tools option in internet explorer.
Sometimes you have to click on the bar (below the address bar i think)at the top of the page to allow downloading.

In Firefox if you are using the “Tab Mix Plus Extension” In the Links Section you can prevent the

blank page showing by ticking the “ Prevent blank tabs when download files”

Don’t use IE just Firefox so unable to assist about IE setting
