You don't mention a price point but in this months PCA the Sony DRU-510A scores well. £200inc I checked with CCL computers they have it for around £30 less. Sorry I don't know the pros & cons of the models you mention.

I have a sony and dont rate it . It is far too choosy over the media that you use and burns slow.
My brother has a Teac burner and this works much better than mine and we both have the same pc.

I have a sony DWU-10A (Flashed to a 500A) and it can be fairly picky, it would only write 4x media at 2x. However the new firmware that came out the other day seems a lot better and I have successfully written with Bulkpaq and BigPockets 4x media at 4x.
