Looking to buy a new PC

Mostly for surfing the internet, downloading/storing music and videos, moderately concerned with games, some word processing etc - around 500-600 price range

I've looked at quite a few but this one looks decent value:

AMD Athlon 64 3500+ 2.2GHz CPU
- 1 GB DDR400 PC3200 RAM
- 250GB SATA Hard Drive
- 256MB PCI Express NVidia GeForce 7600GS Graphics Card
- 16x DVD+/-RW +/- DL Drive
- 52-in-1 Flash Memory Card Reader
- Nvidia NForce 4 Motherboard
- 7 USB Ports
- Giga LAN
- 5.1 Realtek Surround Sound
- 17" AOC LM765 LCD Monitor, 8ms Response Rate
- Microsoft Wired Keyboard & Mouse Set
- Windows XP Home

Do you think it's good value, can you recommend better ?
