Logon Accounts

A friend of mine has created 2 user accounts on his PC (I can't determine the level of each user yet) and he has installed Office in his own account but it is not available in his sons account. When he tries to install it in his sons account he gets a message saying it is already installed.

How can he get Office available to both of them?

He just needs to add a shortcut to the file. Start - settngs - task bar - customise - add browse to the folder containing office which is probably c:\program files\office\ofice10\Msoffice.exe
