I have 2 PC's--- the desk top has loaded the software for a Logitech Webcam. However my PACKARD BELL EASYNOTE4 doesnt even know the disc is loaded so cannot open it via "back door method"
Other CDroms, audio CD's and DVD's work.
Obviously no fault of software so what is wrong with my laptop please
XP home, Wi Fi'd and various shared files.

Help or ideas will be most appreciated

Thanks
Chris

Some CDRoms are a bit fussy, download the software from Logitech and burn it to CD. Then try and install from it.

Also with the Logitech CD, open windows explorer and see if you can read the disc from there.
