logging on to network

I have just set up a network of a number of PCs.
How how you set the network so that when one person logs on they can view their files on the other computers but not everyone elses?

Hope this makes sense!!

Thanx JS

I take it your OS is Win 2000 or XP Pro if yes then you do through the admin rights and give them access to which named PC's you want and what ever files you them to access too..

For example if you PC's are named tinker taylor soldier spy.. They need access to tinker and spy then thats all you give them access too..
