I'll post a CD image in a min that you can record and when it's booted it will run a program that lets you clear the Windows password. I've just got to make sure it works ok first.

When it asks for Admin password, just hit "Enter"
there is no Admin password by default, unless you set one, which you should remember.

click here to download the CD image then burn it with Nero or whatever recording software you use. When it's recorded, put it in the laptop's drive and reset it. It should then boot from the CD and the Active@ Password Changer will start. Choose your Windows installation (which is usually 1) and it will search for accounts. When it's done, make sure there's a X in all the accounts you want to reset (including admin) then save the changes and exit. When the computer starts up next time, the password should be gone.

Also, when it starts press 1 then when it asks which drive, press 0 (which should be the drive Windows is installed on). If you only have 1 drive you can only press 0 anyway.
