Loading Problem - Launch Startup Repair

Hi

Last week I noticed my Toshiba laptop had a partition harddrive. E drive and C Drive.

I did a search of the forums and found that it was possible to reduce the size of the E drive and increase the size of the C drive.

Anyway I failed to do that so eventually I split it back to how it was using Windows wizard.

Anyway since then when I switch on I've noticed a couple of intermittant problems.

Its either slow to load up or I get the error message saying Launch Startup Repair. This then takes me to System restore. Then it loads fine.

BUT a day or two later I seem to get the same problems?

What have I done? (I'm assuming it is my doing!!)

And what can I do?

Oh, just to add I have also run AVG Antivirus just in case it was a virus and thats come back clean.
