Loading a printer driver without Win95 CD rom

I have a problem loading an Epson LQ-570 ESC/P printer driver onto a PC running Windows 95 since I can not find the Windows 95 CD Rom.
I have tried down loading the driver from Epson, but the installation fails to complete when the request to enter the W95 CD in the D drive is made.
I've managed to point the request to the Windows folder on the C drive. This results in some further progress with the installation until it reports that it is unable to find Iconlib.dll.Win_9515cab.
Any advice on how I can add the printer driver without W95 CD rom?

Look on your hard drive for a folder called c:\windows\options\cabs

If there i'll be a copy of the install files from Win95 and can be used instead of the CD.

Otherwise you're a bit stuck...
