LLplugin problem

i have just formasted a new sata hard drive and when ever i try to load internet explorer i get the error cant find llplugin

Do you mean you have just (re) installed the operating system, if so which one?

note: formatting a hard drive means to wipe it clean of all previous data including the op sys. If it was the C:\ drive you would not have been able to format it unless you hooked it up to another pc as a slave or extra drive, or you booted from a cd\dvd that gave you the option. This is because Windows will not allow you to instruct it to delete itself (you would be telling it to delete itself - the op sys and the instructions you just gave it to carry out.....)
