Links in emails in Microsoft Outlook

I have just changed from AOL Broadband to Tiscali and am now using Outlook for my mails. It's all fine but the main thing that's annoying me is that when I get mails it does not let me click on any links in the mails. Is there a way I can change something so it will let me click on links.

When I click on links it comes up with a window that says Locate link browser. The cursor is flashing in file name and underneath in Files of Type it says Execuatable Files.

Any ideas?
