Linking my house devices up wirelessly

Could I ask some advice regarding the best way to link the devices in my house up wirelessly.
What I am trying to do is as follows::
I have one computer in the kitchen and one upstairs. The one upstairs I keep without internet. I have two printers, one downstairs and one upstairs, and two TV's, one downstairs and one upstairs.
Basically I would like both computers to be able to print to both printers, and also both computers to be able to connect to both TV's, all wirelessly.

I'm really not sure how simple this is or whether it's possible.
Would appreciate any help about how to do it, and also what hardware/connections I would need to do it.
Many thanks.
