linking of folders on seperate drives

i have 2 hard drives and was wondering if i can link my pictures on my C drive to a folder on my drive d which is a seperate hard drive,basically all i want to do is store all my pictures on drive d but access them through drive c your help would be once again appreciated. Thank you.

On windows XP go to the D Drive and right click on the folder and choose Send To then Desktop as Shortcut. Move the shortcut to My Documents if you wish.

A simple shortcut will do it. In explorer select your location on the C Drive and then FILE>NEW>SHORTCUT then navigate to the folder on your D Drive.
