Limiting Access

There are two users with two seperate accounts (apart from the guest account) who use my PC. One user has a limited account, and I have the administrator account. Is there a way for me to disable features such as right click on the taskbar or accessing properties just for the limited account user but not for me? I have tried running 'gpedit.msc', but I cannot adjust the settings just for one account. I am running Windows XP Media Centre 2005. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You need XP Pro to do what you want.
