Limited Network Connectivity

Hi,

My son's laptop has suddenly started experiencing problems getting a good connection to our wireless network.

The message "Limited or No Connectivity" appears and when the repair option is presented and actioned, this resolves the issue and good connectivity is established.

However, during this process XP advises that the DNS Cache could not be completely flushed.

I have run IPCONFIG / DNSFLUSH in the command line but still the problem persists whenever the laptop is rebooted and a network connection established.

Any ideas?

All other PC's in the wireless network do not have this problem and all wireless connections / properties are identical.

Thanks,

Evo

Evolution, check your services (Control Panel - Administative tools - services) and make sure the 'DNS Client' service isn't disabled.
