Limit on hard drive with Asus Motherboard?

I'm thinking of buying an Asus 7N8X Deluxe Motherboard with at least 120 GB Hard Drive.
Is there a limit to the size of hard drive that will work?

I'm also thinking of getting 160 GB but remember reading somewhere about a 137 GB limit; the m/b may not be able to read over this unless you fiddle with the m/b in some way. Is this right?
