Licence Migration Windows Media Center

My son has just bought a new computer and transferred all of his music over from the old computer.

None of his music will play and he is getting Licence error messages. It is the same XP Media Center 2005 that he had on his old computer where the music played fine. He has downloaded the Microsoft drmwizard.exe but cannot get it to install. He gets the message

"this application failed to start because the DRMClien.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem"

I have tried to istall the drmwizard.exe on my computer and I get the same message.

Can anyone help fix this license problem?

Thanks, but I had already looked at that.

The article relates to problems with the missing DRMClien.dll. I have tried to install the drmwizard.exe on three different computers, my son's computer, my own desktop and my laptop. I get the same message on all so I cannot believe that all three have a virus or a corrupted *.dll file.
