LG Flatron L226WTQ

Whilst my PC was being repaired, the technician managed to lock this monitor, so it is unable to turn on or to alter resolution. LG are only interested in my sending the whole thing back to UK - I currently live abroad, so this is neither practical nor economic. Anyone help on this, please

I have one of these monitors and I think the only thing you can lock is the menu system - to unlock press the menu button for several seconds.

If the power light is not on (amber or blue) then something is seriously wrong and is not just a case of it being "locked."
