On my new Dell LCD 19" screen S1909 model set at optimum 1366 x 768 setting. Using Windows Vista.
When viewing the internet explorer screen the left hand side seem to be a little too far to the left. is so the 'e' icon in the top left is only showing half of it and the 'backward arrow' is missing some of the tip.
Is there a setting I can adjust to centralside this ??
Thanks

“On my new Dell LCD 19" screen S1909 model set at optimum 1366 x 768 setting. Using

Is the screen a normal 19”screen or a widescreen, is there a Auto button setting on the monitor

If not go into the menu of the monitor and adjust the h-position and v-position setting

Hi Ambra 4 Yep it was a widescreen and yes there is an auto button setting......... pressed and all is ok now.
Great answer many thanks

A 19” widescreen normally use a “1440 X 900” screen resolution

Using a 1366” X 768” setting; seems to be an odd size.

Are the display picture stretch and the picture look fat?

Hi Ambra4 The pictures look fine to me thanks The literature that came with the monitor did state the 1366 x 768 was the optimum setting for this monitor
