Laptop wont play videos

My Dell laptop running vista will not play videos, ie youtube, bbc links etc its been like this this past two days, any help please

This is probably due to a Flash Player corruption. Uninstall & reinstall it click here click here.

Okay i have uninstalled Adobe and didnt look to see which version i was using, but now i dont know which version i now need to download

Problem is back again, so i have uninstalled all Adobe items waiting for adobe 10 reader to download,
will i also need to download adobe flash non IE

Yes, as you use Chrome. Installing it in Chrome click here.
