laptop wont boot up

hi guys.
this is a short version of a long story.
laptop had virus, this was removed by my son
( reinstall ), sky broadband wanted a report to confirm so got this done at PCworld and they installed all drivers etc, laptop was ok, son downloaded itunes, turned on next day and laptop wont boot up,wont allow laptop to go into safe mode. if i try to go into safe mode it just starts to boot up and then returns to the screen saying windows didnt start properly.
Any ideas please

If you had to pay at Pc World maybe take it back and see if they can sort it for you.

Check to see if your boot priorities are set correctly, you may have your Hard Drive boot disabled. Press F2 to get into the BIOS, it depends on what your BIOS is, but most likely you will have a menu option as "Boot", "Boot Order", or "Boot Priority". Enable the Hard Drive option or set the priority to a higher order, like 1 or 2. click here
