Laptop as wireless USB Hard drive hub

Is it possible to use a laptop connected to 2 hard drives and one DVD drive as a wireless hub for these items. I have a wireless hub with Ethernet connection which I would plan to connect to it.

I know I can share things on one computer over a network but I'm not sure about peripherals.

As long as you set the peripherals for sharing in Windows Explorer then , as long as the laptop is running and plugged into the mains so the battery isn't drained by all the USB activity , then I can't see why it wouldn't work . I have a 2 PC Vista network and I can share my USB hard drive over it without problem , and although it is built into my desktop , I can share my DVD rewriter with my laptop Ok as well .

Thanks Ashley. I've spent too long waiting for a wireless USB hub that works for Mac.
