Laptop wireless connection woe.

  john88 17:27 15 Feb 07

During the past few weeks I've began to experience problems with my laptop wi-fi connection. When I have my battery connected the wi-fi connection is lost, when it isn't connected the wi-fi connection is fine. I have an Acer 7003 Aspire with 1meg of ram with windows XP Media Center OS. I would appreciate any help. Thanks,

I don't have MC so am not sure but think that if you take a look in power management within the control panel you may find something about what is allowed to run when the machine is running on battery.
