Laptop wireless connection

My PC connects to the internet via a Netgear router. When my daughter tries to connect using her laptop it recognises the wireless connection but when clicking to connect she is taken to her MSN account login screen. Other laptops just connect and go straight to the designated home page. How do I get round this MSN screen?

your desired web page e;g Google or which ever you wish for your home page.

Which Netgear Router do you have ?

Homepage was set to Have tried different homepages but just get the usual white screen saying this page is unavailable. The router is a Netgear DG834GUK and is working OK. I try to connect via start/connect to/wireless.

In IE Tools/Internet Options/Connections tick 'never dial a connection' then hit the refresh button.

When say the Laptop recognises the connection you are already connected to the router. To connect to the internet do as I suggest above.
