When i start the laptop it takes so long to get to the desktop screen after i log in, any ideas ?

First try going to Start> Run> type "msconfig" without the "")and hit enter. Click on the Startup Tab and untick any programs that you don't need to start. (You are not deleting them in any way just preventing them from loading a startup) Restart your machine and tick the warning box "Don't show me this again"
Let us know if there is an improvement.

it found no spyware and it still starts slow, a little faster.

Following on from rawprawn,s post you will have to Google them.

Nvcpl.dll:- This loads the Nvidia Control Panel So best to keep.

realsched:- Part of real player:-(you dont have to have it at start up)click here

And so on, some are obvious like iTunesHelper etc.
