Item: Toshiba Equinum A60.
I ripped an audio file from a tape unto the computer and converted the file to an Mp3 file to enable me play it on an mp3 player. I later found out that the dvd drive refuse to read and cd again. I have checked the device manager to confir its availabilty, yes it is stil available and I even tried to use the recovery disk to re-install the sofware but it will still not read th disk Please any suggestion or a guide to recovery of the componet.
Thank you.
