Lap top keeps rebooting

I recently upgraded my thinkpad from win. 95 to win 98 but since then it keeps rebooting every few minutes while I am working on it without any warning it will just switch off and reboot. any idea why this is keep happening? the system only has 32mb of memeory and one of the very eary processor (I think before pentium 1 came to be).
Please advice. Thank you.

1. heat

2. faulty memory

3. corrupt system files

4. corrupt program files

5. corrupt drivers

6. swap (page)file too small.

7. hard drive full

32M memory is only just enough for windows98 add an office program like word and it will really struggle.
