Language Problem

I am trying to read a website which includes English and Japanese. When I change it to Japanese encoder, I dont like the English font but I can read Japanese.

If I use the Western Unicode thing, I cant read Japanese, as it turns out to be some random thing, but I like the font. I have got two pictures:

I like this english text better, but I cant read Jap:

I dont like this English Text, but I can read Jap:

Is there a way to get the english font I like, and able to read Japanese at the same time?

Cut your losses, I say. If you've found a combination that gives you readable Japanese (respect!) and readable English, what's your problem?! ;-)

I was just asking if there was another possible method. If not, then be it. Lol.
