Laguage resource library

Since changing to talktalk broadband, every time the computer boots up a warning message appears with: "$APP$ Unable to load language resource library".
Does anyone know what this about and what need I do!

I suspect that a program installed as part of your previous internet software has been left with a broken link. Try Start - Run. Type msconfig in the dialogue box and OK it. Click the Startup tab. Look for any processes that aren't ablolutely necessary and click to remove the ticks. By a process of elimination you may be able to find the one that is looking for the language resource library. When you find the one that gives the error you can either try to remove it or just leave it unticked.
Finally make sure that all the startup programs you do want are left ticked.

Thanks Gongoozler. Had a look in msconfig and scrubbed a couple of OnSpeed entries and the warning no longer appears. Success!
