Hi all,

Using either publisher or word is there a way to set a page up with labels for sticking on envelopes?

I can only see how to print individual labels not x amount of labels on one A4 page, could anyone please tell me how to do this?

thank you!

Using WORD.
go to "Tools" Envelopes and Labels. Labels choose the label size you require. I use Avery J8161.
Click New Document which gives you a page of blank labels. Type each separate address in each label, it can take some time so I get my wife to read out the addresses while I type.
Then Save or Save AS.
Regards

Try pressing Ctrl or shift plus Enter Key to create a new Label until you have filled the sheet. If you want to just print one label I suggest you print the last one on the Sheet so next time, your printer as something to feed from on the Sheet
