Kyocera devices responding intermittently

I have three kyocera devices, an FS 3800, a KM 2530, and a KM 7530, with 5 total NICs all with Static IP addresses. I have 84 total devices on my network, most using static IPs, and about 15 using DHCP. The network is Windows 2000.

We began having trouble scanning to our workstations and printing to the all of the printer components of the Kyocera devices. I tried pinging the devices and the requests time out about 66% to 75% of the time. I can ping my workstations and my HP print devices and I get 100% return on the traffic.

Has anyone encountered this? Or does anyone have any clue what could cause this problem?
